Privacy Policy

Jackd Rabbit (jackd-rabbit.app) is operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your first name, last name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way Argon2 hash.
- Consent record: the date and time you accepted this policy and the Terms of Service.
- Training data: workouts, plans, schedules and the goals you enter for AI suggestions.
- Form analysis data: when you use Analyze Form, pose detection runs in your browser. Your camera video is not uploaded. We receive only body-position coordinates (skeleton points), and we store the analysis report and a summary of past feedback so later analyses can refer to it.
- Billing details: your subscription status and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach our servers.
- Security and usage data: your IP address, browser user agent and login times, used for sessions, rate limiting, lockout protection and security logs.
How we use it
- To create and run your account, and to keep you signed in.
- To provide workouts, plans, AI suggestions, form analysis and video search.
- To process subscription payments and manage your trial.
- To send account emails such as verification and password reset messages.
- To protect the service against abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Service providers we share data with
- Stripe processes subscription payments.
- MailerSend delivers account emails and receives your name and email address.
- Pollinations AI generates workout suggestions and form feedback. It receives the goals and exercise details you enter and computed joint angles from form analysis, not your name or email address.
- SerpApi runs exercise video searches. It receives the search terms only.
- YouTube (Google) serves embedded exercise videos. When you play one, YouTube may collect data under Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve fonts and the in-browser pose detection library, and see your IP address when your browser loads them.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie that holds your sign-in session. It is marked HttpOnly and cannot be read by page scripts. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep your account data until you delete your account. Security logs are rotated automatically and kept only for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
- Export: download your data from Account settings.
- Delete: delete your account from Account settings. This removes your account and training data and deletes your Stripe customer record.
- Correct or ask: email us to correct your information or ask about the data we hold.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, server-side sessions and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Jackd Rabbit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date and notify you by email or in the app.
